This swim programme is exclusive to the current students attending Swim Lab’s intermediate swim programme by Swim Lab at Hwa Chong pool.
Jointly designed and conducted by coaches at Swim Lab and X Lab – Sports Schooling’s Competitive Swim Squad, the curriculum will place emphasis on teaching kids how to swim the right way – so that they do not just learn how to perform a certain stroke, but understand and master its technical components, acquire competition techniques and then be given the opportunities to take part inf friendly entry level meets to put their skills to the test and develop strength and resilience!

- Swim Lab reserves the right to reassess and adjust placements if necessary.
