Swim Lab supports: VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer

Pay It Forward 2023 Christmas Edition

This festive season, we’re inviting Swim Lab families to Pay It Forward, by donating your excess makeup credits towards holiday camp seats for the beneficiaries of VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer.

For young cancer survivors and their families, time, energy and resources spent battling illness often means missing out on many of the things our children take for granted – including holiday camps! Our goal is 100 donated makeup credits, which will sponsor 10 Camp Movement seats for cancer survivors and their siblings.

How does the Pay It Forward program work?

To donate your makeup credits, simply check your email for an email from us containing your personalized donation form. There is no minimum or maximum number of credits you can donate. Any credits donated in excess of our goal of 100 will go towards additional camp seats for VIVA beneficiaries.

Donations close Friday 10 November. All donors will receive a thank you certificate from VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer.

About Camp Movement

Camp Movement by Sports Schooling are holiday camps that get kids age 4-12 moving, growing and learning through sports. Kids learn fundamental movement skills that are important for all sports, while also focusing on a sport elective of their choice.

Swim Lab x VIVA

In 2022, The Swim Lab partnered with The Schooling Effect to provide sponsored Learn to Swim classes for VIVA beneficiaries. Many beneficiary parents have asked if their kids can continue their swim journey through holiday camps, which led to the launch of this Pay It Forward initiative.
