3. Facilities at each location
Now this is where our two flagship swimming lesson locations in Singapore start to differ!
NTU@one-north Swimming Pool
The swimming pools at NTU@one-north consist of a 3 x 25m lap pool and two smaller learning pods, perfect for kids swimming lessons.

Our preschoolers and new joiners usually start in the cozy pods, which provide just enough distance for young swimmers to test out new strokes and techniques, while being intimate enough to reassure even the most nervous new swimmer. Older kids and more experienced swimmers then move on to the 25m lap pool, building distance and refining technique under the watchful eyes of their coach.

NTU@one-north is also home to one of the highlights of Swim Lab swimming lessons in Singapore: the waterplay area, complete with a slide, water guns, and giant waterfall buckets! Our swimmers love coming to class early and staying on after so that they can have fun here with their classmates – a great way to reinforce a love for water and confidence in the pool!

Lastly, the pools at NTU@one-north form part of the Centre for Movement, run by our parent company Sports Schooling. The Centre comprises indoor and outdoor gyms, tennis courts, a dance studio and a high performance lab – giving parents plenty of options to get some movement of their own in while your kiddos are in class!
While having waterplay and an entire sports complex at your doorstep might sound hard to beat, Hwa Chong is no slouch either. For many families, the pools at Hwa Chong are love at first sight, and we totally understand why!
Hwa Chong Swimming Pool
Our Hwa Chong location features a spacious learner pool and a stunning Olympic-sized competition pool. Onsite parking is free, and there’s plenty of sheltered seating for parents with great visibility of the pool. Spacious, calm and surrounded by lush greenery, it’s the perfect place for young swimmers to clear their minds and focus on their progress in the pool, while parents take advantage of the full weekend vibe!

With an Olympic-sized competition pool, Hwa Chong is also a great place for young swimmers who aim to go further and faster! Starting blocks allow intermediate swimmers to learn competitive elements such as dives, while the 50m lanes will challenge any swimmer looking to build stamina for distance. If you have a child who dreams of swimming like how it appears on TV, the competition pool at Hwa Chong will surely light their eyes up!

At the same time, Hwa Chong is also welcoming for new and younger swimmers. Having been at Hwa Chong for a good number of years, we appreciate the space and visibility that the learner pool offers young swimmers – all the easier to go diving for their favourite water toy and explore movement on a floating mat. And while parents sit comfortably in the shade (onsite lifeguards offer extra peace of mind!), the plentiful sunlight poolside means that kids stay deliciously warm in the water, all lesson long.
